Our clients appointments are very important to the Lacquer Lounge team. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you give a 24 hour notice. This gives us the opportunity to put someone on our waiting list on our books and protects our staff. Day of cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. Please call the salon or use the online booking system to cancel your appointments; email and social media may not be seen right away. Cards put on file will not be charged unless the appointment is canceled or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time. We also ask that you respect our 10 minute grace period for late appointments. If you are late and we can still take you, your service may have to be altered.
We honor a 3 day repair policy,all repairs brought to our attention within a 72 hour period will be repaired free of charge, repairs reported or made after that time frame will be charged a fee. Thank you for your understanding!
